How it works

One connected system, not a list of services

Ptolemy assesses palms and trees, maps every one in our GIS inventory, runs a proactive health program of nutrition and vector control, prunes and removes on a written plan, and verifies every treatment with body-cam recording.

01

Palm and Tree Assessments

The front door to everything. An ISA-certified arborist walks the property, evaluates condition, and identifies the threats and deficiencies already at work. You get a clear assessment of what is happening and what it will take to fix it.

Our GIS inventory map of a managed community. Every palm and tree is mapped; palms on Standard and Advanced care are also graded.

02

Inventory and Data Management

We map every palm and tree with GIS, record its species, size, and condition, and attach its history and future work. That is how you manage thousands of palms one palm at a time. It also lets us see patterns across the whole community, so the budget goes to the palms that need it most. Today we track 166,412 trees and palms across more than 488 property sites.

03

Health Program

Nutrition built for the palm's real deficiencies, plus pest and vector management led by the right tool for the threat. We confirm disease in a lab before we treat, and we feed and protect rather than blanket-inject, because a palm cannot wall off an injection wound. Every hole is permanent. The program runs on a schedule built for your site.

04

Pruning and Removals

Palms pruned to the 9-and-3 line and trees pruned by written prescription, on cycles named in the plan and timed by species. No palm or tree comes out until an ISA Certified Arborist writes down why. Every cut and every removal is recorded against that palm or tree in the inventory.

05

Verified Treatment Delivery

Most palm care fails in the doing. The plan was right, and it was not carried out as written. Our crews wear body cameras during treatment, so we can confirm the right product and the right process on the right palm. If you ever want to see how a specific palm was treated, we can pull the recording.

Find out what is happening on your property

Every part of the system starts the same way: our trained field team walks your property and rates the palms that matter, and an ISA Certified Arborist reviews what they find.
