Why is the master plan free?
It is free when the community puts it on the board agenda and Jeff presents it, about 30 minutes. The terms are in a one-page agreement signed before mapping starts.
Is our property big enough?
Any community can request the master plan. Larger properties are mapped first. A smaller property goes in a queue and is mapped when nearby work fills a full mapping day, so mapping may start a few weeks out. The 30 days count from the day mapping starts. We tell you up front.
We have a sick palm now. Do we wait?
No. Dying palms, suspected lethal bronzing and safety risks skip the queue as a paid site visit, whatever the size of the property.
Is every palm graded?
Every palm and tree is mapped. Palms on Standard and Advanced care are also graded for color and fullness. The rest are monitored: a visual inspection for threats.
What areas do you serve?
Southwest Florida (Naples, Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, Estero, Port Charlotte and Sarasota) and the Treasure Coast (Port St. Lucie).
