Your client portal Coming
One place for everything.
We are building a portal for every client: easy access to the whole record, in one place. Here is what it will hold.
- Your map. Every palm and tree has its own number. Send us the tree number and we will know exactly which one you mean.
- Your proposals, all of them.
- Your reports and field visit reports.
- The schedule: when each job will get done.
- Requests: send one, then follow it through to done.
- A dashboard: a quick view of palm health across the property, what you have spent this fiscal year, and how many removals and trims have been done.
- Ask a question: the question box on our website answers from our public pages. In the portal it also answers from your own property: your reports, map, watch list and schedule, plus a client library of our deeper guidance. Anything it cannot answer goes to an arborist.
- Recommended removals: every dead or failing palm and tree we recommend for removal, with its number, photo and reason, and how long it has been waiting for your approval.

Why it helps
Less chasing. Faster answers.
Point to the exact tree.
Every palm and tree on your map has a number. A resident calls about a palm by the pool, you look it up and send us the number. No site walk to find it.
Answer the board from one screen.
Reports, proposals and the schedule sit together, so the question of what was done, what is next and what it cost has one place to look.
Track a request to done.
Send a request and watch it move, instead of chasing it by phone and email.
