Privacy

Privacy policy.

This page explains what information Ptolemy Inc. collects through ptolemyfl.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Last updated October 31, 2026.

What we collect

  • What you send us. When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email, phone number, property details and your message.
  • How the site is used. If you accept cookies, Google Analytics records the pages you visit, how you arrived and the type of device you use. It does not give us your name.
  • Ad measurement. If you accept cookies, the Meta (Facebook) pixel tells us whether a visit came from one of our ads, so we can measure them.
  • Basic server records. Our hosting provider keeps standard records, such as IP address and browser type, to run and secure the site.

How we use it

To answer your request, schedule an assessment, provide our services, and improve this website and our advertising. We do not sell your personal information.

Who else handles it

A few service providers handle information for us: our website host, the service that delivers contact form messages to our inbox, Google (analytics) and Meta (ad measurement). They use it to provide their service to us and under their own privacy policies. We may also share information when the law requires it.

Cookies and your choice

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. When you first visit, we ask before turning on analytics or ad cookies. Decline, and they never load. You can change your answer any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page, or by clearing cookies in your browser.

How long we keep it

We keep contact requests and client records as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal and business record-keeping duties.

Children

This site is for property owners, managers and boards. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
